How to use the timer

Pick a preset or type your own minutes and seconds, then press Start. The clock counts down and an alarm sounds when it reaches zero — pressDismiss to silence it. Pause stops the countdown without losing your place, and Reset returns it to the set time.

Keyboard shortcuts: Space starts and pauses, R resets. Use the fullscreen button in the top bar to fill the screen — handy across a room. You can also link straight to a preset, for example /timer/?m=15. While the timer runs the screen is kept awake where the browser allows it.

Does the timer make a sound when it ends?: Yes — an alarm beeps when the countdown reaches zero. The first Start also enables sound, so make sure your device is not muted.
